We are looking forward to the commencement of basketball in November. Both Altona Basketball Association and Westgate Basketball Association have announced their start dates. Below I have outlined important information regarding registration and season commencement.
WESTGATE BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION
Summer Season Commencement – 20th November – 9th April (with break over school holidays)
Please register through the following link

From 29/11/21 Fee will increase to $330 (inclusive of GST)
Basketball Victoria Fee of $25 (if under 18) or $39 (if 18+) may also be added to payment if not paid in previous 12 months.
Discount Vouchers are available for the following:
Committee Members
Coach’s Child
Age Group Co-ordinators
Players who paid Winter 2021 Fees (season Fee will be $165)
If you are entitled to a voucher please contact your age group co-ordinator.
If fees were paid in Winter 2021, proof of payment will be required before a voucher is issued.
Age groups for summer season are as follows -
U10s – born 2013/2014
U12s – born 2011/2012
U14s – born 2009/2010
U16s – born 2007/2008
U18s – born 2005/2006

ALTONA BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION
Continuation of Winter Season 2021 – Proposed commencement date is weekend starting Friday 12th November 2021- 11th December 2021
Players currently registered to Altona teams do not need to re-register
New players can register through the following link:

Confirm with your coach, team manager and age group co-ordinator that you are continuing
Remain in current age group until the end of the season
If you wish to transfer to Westgate, please register as above and inform your coach and age group co-ordinator.
