Dear Williamstown Cannons Families,
Season changeover is a busy time for all our volunteers with some of our coordinators receiving as many as 50 emails or calls a day to be added on top of their work and family commitments.
We have been working hard to streamline our processes and share the load. It is important that all members recognise that answering an email or receiving a call takes time.
When having a query/ issue, please consider the following
1) Will PlayHQ, Cannons website or TeamApp Answer my query? Most questions that our coordinators receive are already answered on TeamApp or PlayHQ. Please check first.
2) Team Managers and Coaches are the first point of call for anything not answered by PlayHQ or TeamApp
3) Age Group Coordinators can be contacted regarding team placement, fill in players, registration issues, new players.
